Summary A Product Manager (PM) drives the development, strategy, and lifecycle of a product from conception to launch, acting as the intersection between business, user experience, and technology. They define product vision, create roadmaps, analyze user needs, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

Requirements

5 + years of experience in Product Management or related roles such as Technical Positions.
Ability to translate high-level vision into actionable product plans, leveraging strong data-driven decision-making capabilities.
Solid technical understanding to collaborate with engineering teams and assess feasibility, with proven experience managing products throughout their lifecycle.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Responsibilities

Develop product strategy, long-term vision, and roadmaps aligned with business goals.
Analyze stakeholder needs, feedback, and market trends to identify opportunities.
Translate strategy into detailed roadmap and features and prioritize features for engineering and scrum teams.
Collaborate with engineering, design, stakeholders, and presales to guide product development, launch, and positioning.
Define success metrics (KPIs) and use data to make informed decisions and measure product performance.
