About The Position

Product Manager @ Tilt Tilt (check us out here) is looking for a Product Manager to join our Platform team and help us scale our business by owning and evolving the systems that power critical communications and workflows across the Tilt platform. This role will initially focus on our Notifications ecosystem, ensuring employees, managers, and HR administrators receive timely, relevant, and actionable communications throughout their journey with Tilt. This position is a full-time role reporting to the VP of Product. We want you to be successful here at Tilt! Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager
  • Experience in the leave of absence industry
  • Experience building and shipping B2B or SaaS products
  • Experience owning platform, infrastructure, workflow, communications, or other foundational product capabilities
  • Skilled at balancing customer needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
  • Collaborate effectively with engineers and designers, even if you’re not deeply technical yourself
  • High levels of empathy and can connect deeply with Tilt’s mission
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and know that we need your help to figure things out
  • Comfortable using a lot of systems at once, and have the ability to learn software quickly
  • Fearlessly flexible and curious; aka you thrive in an environment where we don't have all the answers but are willing to help us figure them out
  • Experience working with a startup and/or with a B2B SaaS business
  • Proven ability to integrate all aspects of your life in a way that produces excellent work and ensures you care for what matters most in your life
  • Get things done at a pace consistent with the business needs
  • Consistently show up prepared, dependable and follow through on commitments
  • Highly organized and can manage multiple priorities and deadlines at once

Responsibilities

  • Own the vision, roadmap, and execution for key areas of Tilt's Platform ecosystem, ensuring solutions are scalable, reliable, and intuitive
  • Identify and prioritize product opportunities based on: Customer needs and real-world leave workflows, Business goals and measurable impact, Long-term product strategy, platform scalability, and operational efficiency
  • Translate customer problems and business requirements into clear product direction and requirements
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Customer Success, Sales, and Operations to deliver high-quality platform capabilities and experiences
  • Engage directly with customers and internal teams to understand workflows, uncover pain points, and validate solutions in production
  • Define success metrics and use data, experimentation, and qualitative feedback to continuously improve product outcomes
  • Evaluate and introduce new capabilities (e.g., automation, AI-assisted workflows, and decision support) that reduce friction, increase efficiency, and improve user trust
  • Support go-to-market readiness by ensuring features are well-positioned, understood, and adopted
