About The Position

Docuvera is seeking a Product Manager with CMC expertise to execute product strategy for its governed, structured content authoring services for the life sciences industry. The role works closely with functional leads in Engineering, Sales, and Services to understand and solve customer pain points, translating customer, market, and business needs into clear, prioritized product requirements. Working with customers and internal delivery teams, the Product Manager helps shape practical, user-focused solutions and supports their iterative delivery using agile approaches. The role supports customer-requirement collection, assessment, and prioritization; gathers insights from customer interactions, internal stakeholders, competitive analysis, and market research; and collaborates with Product Management peers to refine the user experience. It also helps define business and functional requirements, break larger ideas into incremental features, maintain product documentation and planning artifacts, validate designs through review and usability testing, support agile delivery activities, and communicate product updates to internal and external stakeholders. Success means turning validated customer insight and business priorities into well-scoped product outcomes that reduce customer pain and move the business forward. This includes maintaining a prioritized roadmap and backlog, using repeatable discovery and validation practices, providing clear requirements, and supporting reliable, timely releases. The role also calls for building trust, lifting others, bringing calm and clarity through change, and modeling judgment and accountability. Docuvera’s team is distributed across New Zealand, Asia, the UK, Europe, and the United States. The organization works mostly remotely across time zones, collaborating asynchronously and sharing information clearly. The company describes its environment as flexible and trust-based, and invests in modern systems and AI technology as well as learning, coaching, and mentoring opportunities.
