About The Position

FF Robotics Ecosystem Inc. is hiring a Product Manager in its Product Department, with additional responsibilities supporting the Industrial & Logistics Ecosystem PLE. The role defines next-generation robotics solutions for industrial and logistics applications, contributes to solution architecture, and drives product planning and execution from concept validation through mass production and commercialization. The Product Manager works with algorithm, software, and hardware teams on end-to-end solutions spanning robot platforms, fleet management systems, and WMS/ERP integrations. The position also connects Sales, customers, and R&D; supports pre-sales solutioning, customer demos, and pilot deployments; and supports the Industrial & Logistics Ecosystem PLE with business execution, commercialization, customer solution delivery, and cross-functional coordination. The role focuses on business growth, revenue, and profitability objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Automation, Computer Science, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience as a product manager, solutions architect, or in a related role, with a background in robotics, industrial automation, or logistics.
Familiarity with warehousing and logistics scenarios and knowledge of mainstream technologies and solutions such as AGV/AMR, automated sortation, and WMS.
Excellent requirements analysis, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills.
Familiarity with agile development processes and ability to independently drive complex projects to completion.
Fluent English and ability to read English technical documentation.
Genuine passion for the robotics industry, self-driven approach, and comfort with multitasking.

Nice To Haves

Experience with mobile robots (AMR/AGV) or industrial robotics products or solutions.
Experience in solution architecture design or pre-sales technical solutioning.
Track record of leading robotics projects from 0 to 1 through mass production.

Responsibilities

Define robotics product vision, roadmaps, and PRDs for industrial and logistics scenarios, including warehousing, sorting, material handling, and production-line logistics.
Collaborate with algorithm, software, and hardware teams to design end-to-end solutions involving robot platforms, fleet management systems, and WMS/ERP integrations.
Develop project plans and milestones, track R&D progress, coordinate cross-functional resources, and support timely, high-quality product delivery.
Conduct market and competitive research, identify product opportunities, and develop business cases and product strategies.
Bridge Sales, customers, and R&D teams; support pre-sales solutioning, customer demonstrations, and pilot project deployments.
Manage the full product lifecycle and iterate based on customer feedback and data to maintain product competitiveness and profitability.
Support end-to-end business execution for the Industrial & Logistics Ecosystem PLE, including ecosystem development, product commercialization, customer solution delivery, and cross-functional coordination.
Contribute to business growth, revenue, and profitability objectives.
