Microsoft is hiring Principal and Senior Product Managers to shape security posture and risk products through Microsoft Security Exposure Management (MSEM). MSEM gives organizations a unified view of security posture across endpoints, cloud resources, identities, and external attack surfaces. It connects the enterprise exposure graph, critical assets, attack paths, security insights, and recommendations to help customers prioritize and mitigate risk. The role owns strategy and execution for a large portfolio area, defining AI-first security solutions that support clear decisions, coordinated action, and measurable risk reduction. Principal Product Managers establish AI-powered intelligence loops using customer signals, telemetry, threat research, market evidence, and strategic engagements. They own the customer promise, multi-year strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes; lead zero-to-one product development; establish product evaluation and quality systems; define go-to-market strategy for major investments; and collaborate across Microsoft teams and external partners to deliver integrated experiences and improve product outcomes. Senior Product Managers use AI, telemetry, market analysis, and customer engagement to identify unmet needs and prioritize opportunities. They define product vision, roadmaps, investments, and outcomes; build prototypes and lead end-to-end development with engineering, design, data science, and research; drive go-to-market execution from private preview through general availability; and use feedback, telemetry, experiments, and AI-driven analysis to improve products and scale reusable practices. Microsoft states that its mission is to empower every person and organization to achieve more, and describes a culture grounded in growth mindset, innovation, collaboration, respect, integrity, accountability, and inclusion.
