Product Manager Retail

StoneEagle•Richardson, TX
•$115,000 - $130,000

About The Position

The Product Manager supports product discovery and drives product delivery to market, following StoneEagle best practices. Working closely with the VP of Product, this role translates strategic objectives into execution-ready plans and manages a product portfolio through the full development lifecycle. The Product Manager works directly with a cross-functional development team that includes product designers, software engineers, and QA, in a fast-moving AI-assisted development environment that requires a hands-on, adaptive approach. The role bridges strategic direction set by the VP of Product with day-to-day execution. The Product Manager helps refine and execute product strategy, aligns it with company objectives, supports customer discovery, defines product health and success metrics, and contributes to go-to-market readiness and launch communications. StoneEagle does not have a dedicated product designer, so the Product Manager is expected to independently create design artifacts using AI-assisted tools to communicate intent and support development conversations. The position is based in Richardson, Texas, with travel as needed up to 10%.
