Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the CAI application modernization initiative. Elicit, document, prioritize, and manage business and functional user stories from stakeholders across the Commission. Translate business needs into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlog items. Collaborate with solution architects, developers, UX/UI designers, and vendors to define modern technical approaches (including potential platform, architecture, and integration decisions). Prioritize features and technical work based on business value, risk, dependencies, and strategic goals. Facilitate agile ceremonies (backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives) as needed. Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and the technical delivery team. Define success metrics and KPIs for the modernized CAI application and track progress against them. Support change management, user adoption, and training efforts related to the modernized solution. Ensure the product aligns with Commonwealth and PA PUC standards for security, accessibility (WCAG), data privacy, and compliance. Identify risks, dependencies, and impediments and drive resolution.
