About The Position

Titan Brands is seeking a commercially minded, hands-on Product Manager to own the Titan Attachments line from strategy through sell-through. The role determines what products to build, why to build them, and at what cost, then drives launches with contract manufacturers and in-house sourcing, quality, and marketing teams. The Product Manager leads a dedicated Product Development Engineer and is accountable for the line’s revenue, margin, assortment health, and customer experience across the company website, marketplaces, and retail partners. Success means growing revenue and margin through a clear product roadmap; launching products on time, at target cost, with accurate fitment and content; reducing returns and warranty claims; and ensuring the development engineer and cross-functional partners understand what to build and why. The role includes travel of up to 5%, including occasional international supplier visits.

Requirements

  • Experience bringing products to market with contract manufacturers, including working with suppliers on cost.
  • Comfort reading engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Working knowledge of how steel products are made.
  • Solid financial skills, including pricing, margin, landed cost, and P&L basics.
  • Strong Excel skills and comfort using data to make decisions.
  • Clear communication skills and ability to keep several projects moving at once.
  • Willingness to travel up to 5%, including occasional international supplier visits.

Nice To Haves

  • Ecommerce, DTC, or Amazon experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, industrial design, or a related field.
  • Hands-on experience with compact tractors, skid steers, UTVs, or their attachments.
  • Experience leading or mentoring an engineer or developer.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Titan Attachments line end to end, including revenue, margin, pricing, and new-product revenue.
  • Build and maintain the product roadmap using sales data, customer feedback, and competitive insight.
  • Shape the assortment across mounts, sizes, and price tiers; launch new items, refresh existing products, and retire underperformers.
  • Write product briefs covering the customer, use case, features, target cost, and price.
  • Lead a dedicated Product Development Engineer and make final decisions on design trade-offs.
  • Work with contract manufacturers through prototyping, testing, and sample approval.
  • Maintain the master specification and fitment record for every product.
  • Lead RFQs, quote comparisons, and supplier price negotiations.
  • Evaluate prospective suppliers identified by the sourcing team and determine their suitability for future business.
  • Find cost savings through design changes, new vendors, or combined volume across Titan brands.
  • Partner with quality on specifications, testing, and resolving issues identified through returns and warranty claims.
  • Provide marketing and ecommerce teams with launch and sales information, including positioning, specifications, and fitment content.
  • Set first-order quantities and support planning, parts, and customer service.
  • Evaluate Titan products and competitors’ products firsthand, and turn reviews, returns, and customer feedback into product improvements.
  • Travel up to 5%, including occasional international supplier visits.
