About The Position

1Resource Group is seeking experienced Skid Steer Operators for work in Yuma and Lukeville, Arizona, and El Paso, Texas. Operators safely and efficiently operate skid steer loaders and other construction equipment, assisting with material handling, site preparation, excavation, grading, and general construction activities. The position is full-time and project-based.

Requirements

• Previous skid steer operating experience.
• Ability to safely operate equipment in various terrain and conditions.
• Knowledge of basic equipment maintenance and safety procedures.
• Dependability and ability to work scheduled shifts.
• Ability to pass required site-specific background checks, drug testing, or safety orientations, if applicable.
• Ability to sit and operate equipment for extended periods.
• Ability to climb in and out of heavy equipment.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Ability to perform occasional manual labor when needed.

Nice To Haves

• Construction or industrial jobsite experience preferred.
• OSHA training is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate skid steer loaders safely and efficiently.
• Perform grading, leveling, excavation, backfilling, and material loading.
• Move dirt, gravel, debris, and other materials around the jobsite.
• Use attachments such as buckets, forks, augers, or other approved equipment.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns.
• Follow jobsite safety rules, procedures, and OSHA requirements.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Assist other crew members with general construction duties as needed.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other equipment operators.
