About The Position

We are seeking a Staff Product Manager to lead the development and execution of product strategies that align with business objectives. This role requires managing product roadmaps, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and driving data-informed decisions to enhance product offerings. The ideal candidate will leverage emerging technologies to innovate and deliver impactful solutions while effectively engaging stakeholders. This position demands strong strategic thinking and leadership to guide product initiatives from conception through launch, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market needs. The team leads the development of essential capabilities supporting replenishment and inventory planning systems within a larger organization focused on omni-channel planning and order management. This highly visible, cross-functional group employs analytical and data-driven approaches, directly influencing key replenishment decisions and business outcomes. Positioned at the intersection of Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Supplier functions, the team collaborates with a broad range of domain experts. This role offers the opportunity to shape impactful decisions across the business by leveraging product strategy, roadmaps, stakeholder management, and emerging technologies.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing and executing product strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Strong ability to create and manage comprehensive product roadmaps that drive growth and innovation.
  • Expertise in stakeholder management, effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in data-driven decision making to prioritize features and optimize product performance.
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application to enhance product offerings and market competitiveness.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 7 years’ experience in product management.
  • 9 years’ experience in product management or related area.

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 6 years’ experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products.
  • Background in creating inclusive digital experiences.
  • Knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards.
  • Knowledge of assistive technologies.
  • Experience integrating digital accessibility seamlessly.
