About The Position

Peraton is seeking an Information Management Data and C2 Systems Integrator to work on-site at Camp Smith, Hawaii, supporting MARFORPAC information and knowledge management efforts. The role designs and implements AI-enabled solutions for command and control (C2), data analytics, and information sharing, with emphasis on technical solutions, architecture analysis, and integration across the command’s information-management environment. Responsibilities also include evaluating technical resources, managing system migrations, and documenting system requirements. This hands-on technical implementation role builds and sustains data integrations, automation workflows, dashboards, and AI-enabled staff products. The successful candidate works directly with data and technical solutions, learns mission systems such as Palantir Maven Smart System, and applies agentic AI workflows responsibly to support analysis, automation, documentation, and staff-product development. It is not a pure infrastructure, cybersecurity, records-management, or SharePoint-administration role.

Requirements

  • Minimum experience: 12 years with a BS/BA, 10 years with an MS/MA, or 7 years with a PhD; an Associate degree plus 14 years or high school plus 16 years of experience will also be considered.
  • Demonstrated Agile product-management experience managing software applications, data products, or C2 tools and prioritizing backlogs across user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Proven experience applying user-centered design methodologies, including user interviews, personas, and hypothesis testing, and building low-fidelity clickable prototypes or proof-of-concept applications.
  • Practical experience using AI/SI tools to accelerate product discovery, prototyping, documentation, and workflow automation.
  • Ability to rapidly learn and manage development in Palantir Maven Smart System, including Maven workshops and custom widgets, as well as Microsoft 365, Power BI, and SharePoint Online.
  • Working understanding of data models or ontologies, APIs, JSON, SQL, and Python sufficient to collaborate with developers, evaluate feasibility, and support CI/CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of DoD/USMC culture, staff processes, and C2 systems, and ability to deliver clear briefs and outcome-oriented roadmap updates to senior leaders.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance or ability to obtain SCI.
  • U.S. citizenship required.

Nice To Haves

  • Direct experience designing, configuring, or managing workshops and custom widgets in Palantir Maven Smart System (MSS), Palantir Foundry, or Palantir Gotham.
  • Experience defining and tracking product analytics, telemetry, and adoption metrics to drive roadmap decisions.
  • Hands-on ability to use SQL, Python, Git, or low-code/AI tools to build quick proof-of-concept applications and validate data pipelines.
  • Formal training or certification in Agile Product Management, Lean Startup/XP product practices, or User-Centered Design.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain data pipelines, scripts, queries, APIs, and automated workflows supporting C2, information management, and command decision-making.
  • Extract, clean, validate, integrate, and visualize data from approved operational, planning, and enterprise systems.
  • Develop and sustain dashboards and decision-support products using tools such as Palantir Maven Smart System, Power BI, SharePoint, and approved Microsoft 365 capabilities.
  • Use generative AI and agentic AI workflows, where appropriate, for data preparation, code development, documentation, analysis, and product development; validate outputs and maintain human oversight, security, auditability, and mission suitability.
  • Evaluate the reliability, limitations, and operational usefulness of AI-enabled outputs before incorporating them into staff processes or decision-support products.
  • Integrate approved AI-enabled and agentic AI workflows into staff processes to improve analysis, product development, information sharing, and workflow automation.
  • Translate operational requirements and Information Exchange Requirements into technical specifications, data definitions, interface requirements, and test criteria.
  • Assess proposed changes to the information-management and C2 environment, documenting architecture, dependencies, risks, security considerations, and sustainment requirements.
  • Support SharePoint and Microsoft 365 information architecture, including metadata, permissions, migration planning, data access, and automated workflows.
  • Work with operational staff, engineers, cybersecurity personnel, and system administrators to test, field, document, and sustain technical solutions.
  • Brief technical options, risks, limitations, and recommendations to technical and senior-leader audiences.
  • Manage the lifecycle of software applications, data products, or C2 tools within a balanced, self-organizing Agile team, prioritizing backlogs across user needs, business value, and technical feasibility.
  • Apply user-centered design methods and build low-fidelity clickable prototypes or proof-of-concept applications.
