The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. The Product Manager will be the primary advocate for the product, responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, and driving growth and profitability.

Problem Framing & Opportunity Identification — identify and prioritize opportunities the product can solve for the customer
Delivery & Execution — ensures the team has a consistent shipping cadence from prioritization and scoping of work
Outcome Ownership & Value Realization — communicates with the team, product leadership, and key stakeholders frequently and effectively
Collaboration — collaborates effectively with team, peers, and stakeholders with warmth and empathy
Deep understanding of the domain and toolset
BS preferred in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science, or a related field), but relevant professional experience accepted.
5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.

Nice To Haves

MBA or advanced degree in a related field
Experience with SaaS products
Experience with marketing and customer acquisition strategies
Familiarity with product design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Responsibilities

Define and articulate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap
Work with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze competition
Develop and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business objectives, and market trends
Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products
Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders
Manage the product launch process and ensure successful adoption by users
Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues
