The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch, and will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution. The Product Manager will be the primary advocate for the product, responsible for defining and executing the product roadmap, and driving growth and profitability.

  • Problem Framing & Opportunity Identification — identify and prioritize opportunities the product can solve for the customer
  • Delivery & Execution — ensures the team has a consistent shipping cadence from prioritization and scoping of work
  • Outcome Ownership & Value Realization — communicates with the team, product leadership, and key stakeholders frequently and effectively
  • Collaboration — collaborates effectively with team, peers, and stakeholders with warmth and empathy
  • Deep understanding of the domain and toolset
  • BS preferred in a relevant field (e.g., business, engineering, computer science, or a related field), but relevant professional experience accepted.
  • 5+ years of experience in product management or a related field.

Nice To Haves

  • MBA or advanced degree in a related field
  • Experience with SaaS products
  • Experience with marketing and customer acquisition strategies
  • Familiarity with product design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban

Responsibilities

  • Define and articulate a product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Work with cross-functional teams to identify new product opportunities and gather feedback from customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and analyze competition
  • Develop and prioritize product requirements based on customer needs, business objectives, and market trends
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of products
  • Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and drive continuous improvement
  • Communicate product updates and progress to internal and external stakeholders
  • Manage the product launch process and ensure successful adoption by users
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all product-related inquiries and issues
