About The Position

The Senior Product Manager within the Transformation Office leads discovery and value definition for large, complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives. This role owns the business problem, strategic intent, prioritization rationale, success measures, and execution-ready demand packages for high-visibility initiatives spanning enterprise systems, operating models, and business processes. The Senior Product Manager partners closely with executive stakeholders, IT leadership, Architecture, Solution teams, Program Managers, Project Managers, Product Owners, and business teams to align transformation demand with enterprise strategy. This role drives clarity, prioritization, and business value ownership across the discovery-to-demand lifecycle. This position is required to report to the Austin, TX or Somerset, NJ office location on a hybrid basis.

Requirements

  • Ability to lead and shape business discovery for complex, cross-functional initiatives by defining strategic intent, business problems, value measures, and prioritization rationale at an enterprise level. — Advanced
  • Deep expertise in product management principles including intake governance, discovery frameworks, portfolio-level prioritization, and operating model maturity. — Advanced
  • Ability to drive clarity across ambiguous, high-stakes business requirements, aligning executive stakeholders on scope, assumptions, dependencies, and success criteria for enterprise-scale demand packages. — Advanced
  • Proficiency in utilizing and optimizing Atlassian tools such as Jira Product Discovery, Jira, and Confluence, or similar product management platforms to scale intake, discovery, and backlog governance across the Transformation Office. — Advanced
  • Experience leading market research, competitive analysis, and customer insight programs to shape product strategy, executive recommendations, and transformation roadmaps. — Advanced
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 8–12 years of experience in product management, transformation, consulting, business architecture, product ownership, or technology-enabled business change
  • Demonstrated success leading discovery and stakeholder alignment for complex, cross-functional transformation initiatives
  • Experience developing business cases, value measures, executive recommendations, and execution-ready demand packages
  • Experience working across IT, Architecture, Solution, Program Management, Project Management, business, and executive stakeholder groups
  • Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events
  • Ability to travel internationally
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • Ability to travel 25%

  • Experience leading enterprise modernization, operating model transformation, workflow transformation, platform transformation, or large-scale business process change

Responsibilities

  • Lead discovery for large-scale, high-visibility transformation initiatives with significant cross-functional complexity and executive visibility.
  • Define the business problem, strategic intent, scope boundaries, outcomes, value measures, assumptions, dependencies, and prioritization rationale.
  • Drive stakeholder alignment across business, IT, Finance, Transformation Office, Architecture, Solution, Program Management, and delivery teams.
  • Evaluate and qualify complex transformation demand for strategic alignment, business value, readiness, risk, dependencies, and organizational impact.
  • Create and oversee high-quality demand packages that enable a clean handoff into technical assessment, program planning, governance, and delivery execution.
  • Partner with Architecture and Solution teams to ensure business context is clear for ROM (Rough Order of Magnitude) and technical solutioning.
  • Lead trade-off discussions across value, risk, feasibility inputs, sequencing, capacity, and strategic alignment.
  • Develop executive-ready narratives, recommendations, and decision materials for prioritization and governance forums.
  • Mentor Product Managers and Associate Product Managers on discovery standards, stakeholder facilitation, demand package quality, and value definition.
  • Monitor value realization inputs and ensure assigned initiatives remain connected to measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities to improve intake, discovery, prioritization, and handoff processes and contribute to the maturation of the Transformation Office product management model.
  • Support change readiness and adoption by clarifying business impacts, stakeholder needs, and success criteria for complex transformation efforts.
