Product Manager

Honeysales
Hybrid

About The Position

honeysales was founded in Berlin in 2021 with the goal of rethinking B2B sales from the ground up. Now we are taking off with Agentic AI: autonomous sales agents that think, act, and sell like real top performers – fully automated, intelligent, and effective. Since April 2025, we have been an official AWS partner, jointly developing the most advanced sales agent on the market. Our goal: after just 5 minutes of onboarding, you will receive your 5 most sales-ready customers – personalized, context-based, channel-independent. Our team in Berlin: 20+ experts with tech, sales, and AI know-how. Our mission: The first Agentic AI for Sales – from Europe. Scalable. Data-driven. Future-oriented.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in B2B SaaS, Sales-Tech, or AI products.
  • Strong product sense combined with a hands-on mentality – ability to write specs, prototype, and persistently question UX details.
  • Enthusiasm for AI/LLM-driven products, including prompt design and agentic workflows.
  • Customer-centricity and strong communication skills – ability to participate in calls, conduct discovery, and synthesize insights clearly and structurally, both in writing and verbally.
  • Sufficient technical understanding to work closely with engineering – read tickets, think about data and CRM integrations.
  • Structured, self-directed work style with a high quality standard and a clear bias for action.
  • Fluent German and English – our customers are primarily in the DACH region, and the team works bilingually.
  • Location: A plus if you live in Berlin or are willing to relocate and work 1-2 days a week in our office in Brandenburg.

Responsibilities

  • Be the voice of the customer, understanding the product and customers better than anyone else. Participate regularly in calls (onboardings, CS check-ins, sales demos) to gather direct feedback on what works and what doesn't, and document structured product feedback after each relevant call.
  • Take end-to-end product ownership for areas including message generation, prospecting research and nurturing agents, workflow pipelines, and client-facing product analytics. Prioritize based on genuine customer value and translate pain points into clearly defined product work, always focusing on the 'why' behind the 'what'.
  • Write clear specifications and tickets in Linear, and build clickable prototypes to make ideas tangible early on and align engineering efforts.
  • Act as the first user, testing, questioning, and validating every feature before it goes live.
  • Actively shape AI features, including messaging prompts and presets, ICP signal models (trigger & critical events, pain points), and nurturing flows, iterating based on team and customer feedback.
  • Collaborate closely with Engineering (CTO & Engineering Manager), Sales, Client Success, and the founding team in scoping sessions, stand-ups, and sprint planning.
  • Own the triage of product feedback, consolidating input from the Customer Success team, C-level, and customer interviews, deduplicating, identifying patterns across customers, and deciding on implementation.
  • Define and track product KPIs such as usage, campaign performance, and costs, and derive decisions from them.
  • Monitor relevant market players and sharpen our differentiation based on this analysis.

Benefits

  • A maker culture with a dedicated, international, diverse, and open team where collaboration is effective and enjoyable.
  • Transparent feedback culture and ample room for personal ideas.
  • 30 vacation days per year.
  • Attractive annual salary.
  • Hybrid work model with 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.
  • 10 additional days per year for location-independent work.
  • Modern, open office spaces at Hackescher Markt in Berlin and in Brandenburg.
  • Regular team events (summer and Christmas parties, after-work events).
  • Mobility benefits via Navit (Deutschlandticket, bike leasing, car subscriptions, mobility budget).
