The company is seeking a highly customer-obsessed, strategic, and execution-driven Product Manager to own key product areas. This role involves end-to-end ownership, from defining strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision to customer discovery, hypothesis development, execution, iteration, and achieving measurable business outcomes. The Product Manager will shape the product narrative, set north-star metrics, and drive investments to improve how hourly businesses hire, manage, and retain their workforce. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys customer interaction, and combines strategic thinking with relentless execution. The role requires close partnership with Engineering, Design, Sales, Customer Success, Business Development, and Leadership to identify opportunities, prioritize effectively, and deliver impactful products.
