The Product Manager - Product Lifecycle role is designed to drive the growth and lifecycle performance of Innomotics Customer Services portfolios, including Digital Services, Service Agreements, Life Cycle Evaluation (LCE), and the GH180 medium-voltage drive platform. This position is suited for engineers and technical professionals seeking to apply their industrial equipment expertise in a commercial, customer-focused capacity. The role involves collaboration across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Services to identify modernization opportunities, develop service offerings, and increase recurring service revenue from the installed base. Travel up to 20% is required. The position is eligible for remote work within the United States, with a preference for candidates located near or able to work from Innomotics locations in New Kensington, PA; Houston, TX; Alpharetta, GA; Norwood, OH; or Kansas City, MO.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 3+ years of experience in one or more of the following: Field Service Engineering, Technical Service, Technical Sales, Product Lifecycle Management, Product Management, Application Engineering, Service Operations, Reliability Engineering.
  • Experience with motors, drives, rotating equipment, industrial electrical systems, automation equipment, or related industrial technologies.
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into customer value and business opportunities.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Interest in expanding into product management, portfolio ownership, and commercial strategy.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with service agreements, lifecycle management, modernization programs, or aftermarket services.
  • Knowledge of medium-voltage drives, variable frequency drives, or power conversion systems.
  • Experience working directly with industrial customers in process or heavy industries.
  • Familiarity with installed-base management, asset lifecycle planning, or service portfolio management.
  • Knowledge of the GH180 platform.
  • Experience working in a global organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own and grow the North America Digital Services, Service Agreements, and LCE portfolios.
  • Serve as the Customer Services portfolio owner for the GH180 platform.
  • Analyze installed base and lifecycle data to identify service, upgrade, modernization, and digitalization opportunities.
  • Develop customer value propositions and business cases that translate technical needs into commercial outcomes.
  • Partner with Sales, Engineering, and Product Management to drive portfolio growth and lifecycle strategies.
  • Support pricing, opportunity development, sales enablement, and portfolio performance.
  • Collaborate across Customer Services teams to deliver integrated lifecycle solutions.
