About The Position

The Product Manager will own end-to-end product strategy and execution for defined areas of Quick Quack’s Digital Products portfolio (for example, the myQQ website and mobile apps, Platform, OAT and/or Wash), translating the Director of Product Management’s vision into a concrete roadmap and measurable outcomes. This is a mid-level product role for an experienced practitioner who can operate independently across discovery, prioritization, and delivery, partnering closely with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, and other key areas of the Quick Quack business. The ideal candidate combines strong product instincts with hands-on execution skills, bridging the Director's strategic direction with the detailed discovery, documentation, project management, and delivery work needed to bring initiatives to life. As Quick Quack’s Digital Products division matures from engineering-driven to product-led, Product Managers are the operational backbone connecting strategy to delivery. This role will: Own the roadmap, prioritization, and delivery for one or more product areas within the digital ecosystem. Translate the Director’s product vision into actionable initiatives, requirements, and measurable results. Serve as the primary product point of contact for assigned initiatives with Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and other key areas of the Quick Quack business.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of product management experience, preferably in subscription-based, ecommerce, retail, or car wash industries.
  • Proven track record of owning a product roadmap end-to-end and shipping measurable outcomes in partnership with engineering teams.
  • Strong balance of technical knowledge and business acumen, with experience in iterative development practices.
  • Skilled at writing clear features, user stories, and requirements documentation.
  • Experience with data-informed decision-making, KPI tracking, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Amplitude or similar analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align cross-functional partners.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap and prioritization for assigned product areas, aligned to the broader digital product vision set by the Director.
  • Identify opportunities through customer insight, competitive research, and data analysis, and translate them into a prioritized backlog.
  • Define and communicate clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams.
  • Make and defend prioritization trade-offs, balancing customer needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
  • Manage the product lifecycle from discovery through launch, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure efficient delivery, removing roadblocks and clarifying scope as needed.
  • Define and execute go-to-market and deployment plans, ensuring key stakeholders across the business (such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Care) are equipped for launches.
  • Communicate release scope, timelines, and expected behavior clearly to stakeholders.
  • Serve as the day-to-day product owner for assigned initiatives, aligning Engineering, Marketing, Operations, Customer Care, and other key areas of the business around shared goals.
  • Gather and synthesize stakeholder input to inform prioritization and requirements.
  • Represent the product area in stakeholder reviews and provide updates to the Director and broader leadership.
  • Define and monitor KPIs for assigned product area(s), using data to drive continuous improvement.
  • Design and evaluate A/B tests, user segmentation, and journey optimizations.
  • Ensure product decisions are data-driven, leveraging tools such as Amplitude and Power BI to monitor performance and inform prioritization.
