Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 5+ years of experience in product management, preferably in a fast-paced, data-driven environment
  • Experience working closely with engineering and technical teams to deliver scalable products
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to translate strategy into actionable product plans
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics to inform product decisions
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to build strong cross-functional relationships
  • High level of ownership and accountability with a bias for action

  • MBA or related advanced degree preferred
  • Background in fintech, insurance, or related industries is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own and drive the product roadmap, aligning initiatives with business goals and customer needs
  • Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to define product requirements and deliver high-quality features
  • Lead end-to-end product development, from ideation through launch and post-launch optimization
  • Gather and prioritize product requirements based on data, user feedback, and market insights
  • Define success metrics and track product performance, using data to inform decisions and iterate on features
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and operations to ensure successful product adoption and go-to-market execution
  • Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and market assessments to identify opportunities for innovation
  • Drive process improvements and contribute to product management best practices
