The position involves monitoring the marketplace for product, technology, and market trends to identify opportunities, recommending new products or enhancements, and designing innovative features. It also entails managing product development, production, roll-out, pricing, and promotion, while anticipating and resolving operational and process problems. The role requires partnering with key stakeholders such as sales, marketing, and digital channel delivery, participating in client-facing activities, developing product-specific marketing initiatives, and supporting risk management, compliance, and audit needs. The Product Manager Sr. is responsible for driving business, financial, and customer experience results and recommending modifications to improve outcomes. This position is based remotely, with work conducted from a quiet, secure, and confidential home-based workspace, though occasional in-office participation may be required based on business needs.
