Sr Product Manager
About The Position
ACCOUNTABILITIES & ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Deep subject matter/platform knowledge and expertise over established program value area within the Mouser enterprise Demonstrated extensive Mouser business acumen Proven success in exploring stakeholder/market needs, segmentation, sizing, and competitive landscape to achieve desirable, feasible, and sustainable outcomes. Expert leadership skills in driving successful delivery of projects and initiatives Established skills and experience with documenting business needs, user requirements and agile feature acceptance criteria Mentor peers in learning and building proficiency in Mouser, Internet Business, and stakeholder analysis and communication skills Drive continuous improvements to further product management skills and practices
Requirements
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies, software development lifecycle.
- Proven experience with problem solving and solution development.
- Demonstrated ability to partner with agile release train/scrum teams to deliver solutions.
- Proven experience in producing documentation including, requirements documents, flowcharts, wireframes, and other process diagrams.
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in a technical or equivalent discipline
- Requires 6+ years of experience as a business analyst, product owner, program analyst, product manager or equivalent position
- Requires 6+ years with ecommerce environments (B2B required)
