MGM Product Managers act as the CEO of their product domain, owning the vision, strategy, and delivery of solutions that address critical customer needs and business opportunities. As a key member of the Data Team, the Senior Product Manager focuses on building and scaling data products, with deep experience in data models, schemas, and end-to-end data pipelines. This role blends engineering, design, and business expertise with strong customer empathy to create engaging, data-driven experiences across MGM’s physical and digital properties. They collaborate closely with partners across data engineering, analytics, digital product, and marketing, as well as stakeholders across all MGM business lines. As influential leaders without direct authority, they inspire teams, align cross-functional efforts, and drive their product area to become a meaningful source of growth for MGM.
