Product Manager, ADAPT

Citian•Washington, DC

About The Position

Citian is a fast-growing, venture-backed SaaS technology company based in Washington, DC, building software for transportation and infrastructure systems. The Product Manager will lead strategy and execution for ADAPT, a roadway and right-of-way asset management platform for public agencies. The role includes defining the product with customers—who it serves, what it does, and what it does not do—and owning its roadmap. The Product Manager will collaborate with engineering, design, data science, and go-to-market teams to deliver useful features that increase adoption and measurable customer value. Because Citian's products rely on data and models and are sold to state and local governments, ensuring data quality is as important as delivering product features. The role also includes evaluating appropriate uses of AI, validating ideas with customers, and setting standards for the quality and production monitoring of AI features. The successful candidate will help establish the product function as Citian grows, working in a startup-style environment with lightweight structure. Citian describes its culture as inclusive and committed to diversity.
