Product Manager- Enterprise Data

Victaulic•Easton, PA

About The Position

Victaulic is seeking an experienced Product Manager for Enterprise Data to provide product leadership across its four enterprise data teams. The role owns the enterprise data portfolio from identifying business problems through delivering products, working with business stakeholders to understand decisions and pain points, translate them into a prioritized roadmap, and guide delivery with Data Architecture & Engineering, Reporting & Analytics, Data Governance, and AI Engineering. The objective is to provide trusted, well-documented data that is ready for consumption. This is a product role rather than a project management or pure engineering role. It is a peer to the four functional data managers and three functional AI managers and reports directly to the Director of Enterprise Data & AI. The Product Manager defines the enterprise data vision, roadmap, and success metrics; maintains a prioritized backlog; and manages data products through a lifecycle with clear ownership, consumers, SLAs, documentation, versioning, and retirement. The role engages business leaders and process owners, runs discovery, communicates trade-offs and outcomes, and builds a community of data product users and champions. The position owns intake, prioritization, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery coordination with functional teams. It partners with the BI team on curated datasets and Qlik Cloud dashboards, establishes consistent KPI and metric definitions, and monitors adoption and usage. The role also embeds governance, stewardship, data quality, access controls, and lineage into products, and ensures alignment with data and AI governance policies and risk classification standards. The Product Manager partners with engineers, architects, and analysts through agile delivery; measures product outcomes; establishes product management practices for Enterprise Data & AI Services; helps define a future domain-based Product Owner model; mentors Product Owners; and improves how the data organization receives, prioritizes, and delivers work.
