About The Position

The Product Manager is responsible for defining, developing and delivering world-class IT products that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure the successful launch and ongoing enhancements of our products.

Requirements

  • A basic understanding of databases, data storage, and data management is important. The incoming IT Product Manager should be able to discuss data-related requirements with the development team.
  • Understanding DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines is beneficial for coordinating efficient product development and deployment processes.
  • The IT Product Manager should be comfortable with data analysis tools and metrics tracking to make data-driven decisions and monitor product performance.

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Proven experience as an IT Product Manager or similar role in the technology field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of related experience.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, software development, and cloud computing.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate a clear product strategy in alignment with the company's vision and goals.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market dynamics to identify opportunities for innovation.
  • Create and manage a comprehensive product roadmap that outlines key milestones, features, and release schedules.
  • Prioritize features based on customer needs and market demand.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, including customers, sales and support teams, to gather and prioritize product requirements.
  • Translate customer feedback into actionable product improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, and quality assurance teams to ensure the successful development and delivery of products.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Lead the product development process from concept to launch.
  • Define product specifications, uses stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Monitor development progress, provide guidance, and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Champion a user-centric approach to product design.
  • Work with designers to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces that enhance the overall user experience.
  • Plan and execute product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer training.
  • Monitor product performance and gather feedback for iterative improvements.
  • Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of products.
  • Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize product features.
  • Manage the entire product lifecycle, from conception to retirement.
  • Make recommendations on product enhancements, updates, or sunsetting based on market analysis and customer feedback.
