About The Position

The Product Manager, Unified Payables, is the dedicated, hands-on product owner for U.S. Bank’s Unified Payables offering for middle-market clients. The offering brings together invoice workflow, supplier onboarding, multi-rail payment execution, ERP connectivity, and reconciliation in one bank-backed experience. This individual contributor turns strategy into a product that ships and sells by defining requirements, leading client discovery, shaping packaging and pricing, and equipping Sales. It is a build-stage role focused on moving quickly, making data-driven decisions, and competing with accounts payable and bill pay platforms. The role owns product requirements, backlog priorities, and release plans, and defines the end-to-end client journey. It works with clients, Agile delivery teams, Technology, Architecture, Pricing, Finance, Sales, Legal, and third-party partners to validate, build, launch, and commercialize the product. The Product Manager also oversees product measures and market insight, supports integration and partner decisions, and helps ensure regulatory, payment-network, bank-policy, fraud-prevention, auditability, and vendor-risk needs are addressed. The role requires working onsite at a U.S. Bank location three or more days per week.
