Product Manager Retail

StoneEagle•Richardson, TX
•$115,000 - $130,000

About The Position

The Product Manager supports product discovery and drives product delivery to market, following StoneEagle best practices. Working closely with the VP of Product, the role translates strategic objectives into execution-ready plans and manages a product portfolio throughout the full development lifecycle. The Product Manager works directly with a cross-functional development team that includes product designers, software engineers, and QA, in a fast-moving AI-assisted development environment that calls for a hands-on, adaptive approach. The role is expected to demonstrate integrity and trust in interactions with colleagues, clients, affiliates, competitors, and the industry; share ideas and different perspectives; show resilience during challenges; and balance quality with deadlines while contributing to organizational growth and improvement. The Product Manager is expected to positively affect people, products, processes, and outcomes, and to help deliver exceptional experiences to colleagues and clients. StoneEagle does not have a dedicated product designer. The Product Manager is expected to independently create design artifacts using AI-assisted tools, such as Figma with AI plugins, v0, Lovable, or equivalent, to communicate product intent and support development discussions.
