About The Position

Charles River for Private Markets is seeking a Product Manager, Real Assets to support the vision, strategy, creation, and advocacy of its real assets offering. Reporting directly to the Head of Product, the role is responsible for enhancing the infrastructure and real estate product offering. The Product Manager works jointly with product, engineering, and delivery teams to build and deliver customer experiences and value through the Charles River for Private Markets platform. The role analyzes, enhances, and delivers real assets product enhancements across internal teams, customers, and stakeholders. It represents the voice of the customer, aligns features and products with business objectives, gathers customer insights, prioritizes market opportunities, coordinates execution across the organization, communicates the product roadmap, and supports requirements gathering and design. Client engagement may require travel, including internationally, of approximately 20%.

Requirements

At least 5 years of real estate and/or infrastructure investment management background.
Understanding of the private markets/alternative investment lifecycle, from manager due diligence through investment monitoring, analytics, and reporting.
Ability to work as part of a global, distributed organization.
Experience using JIRA or other agile development tools.
Ability to travel as required for client engagements, approximately 20%, including internationally.
Strong communication skills, including comfort facilitating executive-level discussions, decision justification, and roadmap communication.
Business acumen and ability to advocate for data-driven decision-making and products.
Executive presence and the ability to gain credibility with senior professionals and provide leadership, guidance, and direction.
Commitment to quality and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Analyze, enhance, and deliver real assets product enhancements across internal teams, customers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with existing real asset clients and account managers to represent the voice of the customer.
Ensure individual features and products align with business objectives.
Lead client calls and workshops to gather customer insights and inform product decisions.
Prioritize, communicate, and support complex and conflicting opportunities and market needs.
Engage with cross-functional heads to align the organization around product execution.
Own communication of the real assets product roadmap to internal and external stakeholders.
Work with product teams on timely and complete requirements gathering, definition, deconstruction, and design.
