About The Position

Drives business and financial results through the selection, design, development and promotion of new and existing products or experiences utilizing traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics to offer customers a differentiated product experience. Uses knowledge of emerging technologies to deliver products to customers through all applicable channels. Prioritizes and makes decisions regarding product recommendations. Develops business case, business plan and roll-out of specific products or experiences. Monitors the marketplace to assess product, technology, and market trends to identify a market need or opportunity. Recommends new products or enhancements to existing products or experiences and develops and designs innovative features. Manages the development, production, roll-out, pricing or promotion of specific products, and recognizes, anticipates and resolves operational and process problems that arise. Partners with key stakeholders including sales, marketing, digital channel delivery, and other internal service partners. Participates in client-facing and external stakeholder activities to ensure all product offerings or experiences meet strategic goals. Develops product-specific marketing initiatives. Supports risk management, compliance and audit needs as part of the first line of defense. Drives business, financial and customer experience results of new and existing products and recommends modifications in product features and/or marketing to improve results.

Requirements

  • Strong grasp of data models, APIs, microservices, and real-time eventing (canonical models, mapping, streaming).
  • Experience with enterprise integrations (Master Data Management, Streaming platforms, entitlements) and cross-channel platforms (online, mobile, servicing).
  • Ability to translate technical constraints into business trade-offs and prioritize without deep engineering dependency.
  • Proven Agile execution: backlog ownership, JIRA/Confluence, release management, and cross-team coordination.
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration and executive communication (tech ↔ business / product ↔leadership).
  • Prior hands-on experience in data analytics, data engineering, or analyst roles, with a data-driven, customer-centric mindset with focus on risk mitigation, modernization outcomes, and measurable value.
  • Bachelors
  • 5+ years of industry-relevant experience.

Nice To Haves

  • Understanding of credit card servicing ecosystems — including card lifecycle management (issuance, activation, servicing, closure), transaction processing, statement generation, rewards, balance transfers, and fraud/disputes.
  • Familiarity with card processor platforms & Networks (e.g., Fiserv/FDR, Tsys, Visa, Master card) and how mainframe-based legacy systems interact with modern cloud-native or API-driven architectures.

Responsibilities

  • Own full product lifecycle from discovery through launch and post-production monitoring (including no-harm testing).
  • Manage and prioritize product backlog; write clear user stories/epics with defined acceptance criteria.
  • Lead complex migrations and modernization efforts, including legacy-to-modern transitions and parallel-run strategies.
  • Define and track OKRs; measure outcomes and communicate business impact to leadership.
