Product Manager - Retail

• Deeply understand and embody the voice of the customer
• Conduct qualitative research and define and track quantitative product metrics
• Communicate a deep understanding of users and customer engagement data to the team
• Drive new product initiatives from ideation through implementation, launch, and iterative enhancements
• Work closely with the design team to craft amazing product experiences
• Collaborate with the engineering team for excellent execution
• Create cross-functional engagement with colleagues across all departments
• Streamline communication and processes with internal stakeholders
• Track industry trends and the competitive landscape
• Help define the product roadmap to stay ahead of the curve
• Have 4+ years of software product management experience
• Execute on a product roadmap while coordinating with internal/external stakeholders
• Be curious about new products and user responses, backed by data
• Understand how customers think and accurately predict their reactions to changes
• Create delight and measure success
• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Engage constructively in debate and discussion with colleagues and peers
• Ensure alignment on the product vision and execution timeline
• Appreciate quality

• 4+ years of software product management experience for a scaling organization
• Demonstrated ability to execute on a product roadmap while working with offshore resources and coordinating with internal/external stakeholders to manage expectations and timelines
• Exceptionally curious about new products and how users will respond to them and ensure you have the data to back up your roadmap requirements
• Deep understanding of how customers think and ability to accurately predict how changes will make them feel
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and ability to engage constructively in debate and discussion with colleagues and peers
• Proven plan to ensure everyone is aligned on the product vision and execution timeline
