About the position

As a part of our team, you will take ownership of customer issues, troubleshoot and diagnose system problems, and provide effective solutions. Additionally, you will escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure accurate documentation of all reported issues.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience as an Application Support Engineer
- Working knowledge of SQL, Mongo Databases, and basic network configuration
- Knowledge in DB and APIs
- Coding skills are a huge plus point
- Previous experience in application, production
