The DET Sales & Renewals Product Management team is looking for an experienced, savvy, and strategically minded Product Manager to serve as a renewals domain expert. In this role, you will work on critical Renewals Enhancements and Org62 Modernization programs, driving transformational initiatives that accelerate success through automation and digital engagement. As a Product Manager , you will act as the primary liaison between partners and the development team, guiding the product development process from vision to execution. You will be a trusted business advisor with a 360-degree view of the business, building deep partner connections and maintaining a strong bias for action.

Requirements

  • 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role in Agile environments.
  • Deep experience with the Salesforce platform, specifically Sales Cloud and Data Cloud.
  • Salesforce Admin Certification.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly establish credibility and rapport with both business and technical professionals.
  • Ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously, from conception through go-to-market strategy and launch.

Nice To Haves

  • Expertise in Slack product development and integration to drive digital engagement and automation.
  • Proven experience in AI and Agentforce product development to build autonomous, intelligent solutions within the renewals domain.
  • Salesforce AI Associate or AI Specialist certifications.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Backlog Investment & Management: Own, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog based on functional gap analysis (as-is vs. to-be), strategic goals, business feedback, and prioritization frameworks like RICE (Reach, Impact, Confidence, and Estimation), ensuring it is always transparent, visible, and understood. Collaborate with the team to define user stories, epics, and acceptance criteria.
  • User Story Crafting: Lead the translation of high-level business requirements into detailed, INVEST-compliant user stories and epics, including acceptance criteria.
  • Functional Specifications: Author functional design specification documents to bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation.
  • Customer Advocacy: Act as the unwavering voice of the customer during feature grooming and sprint planning, ensuring the engineering team clearly understands and delivers on business expectations.
  • AI Evangelism & Innovation: Champion AI maturity across teams and actively thread AI into as many Jobs-to-be-Done (JTBD) as possible, both for personal work and the work of others. Be a thought leader in scaling autonomous agents and influencing broader product and platform direction.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Drive alignment with internal, business, and customer stakeholders across sales, engineering, and platform teams to deliver business outcomes.
  • Product Vision and Strategy: Define the product strategy and roadmap based on Business Vision, Objectives, and critical metrics. You own the team vision and are ultimately responsible for the execution of work.
  • Salesforce Innovation: Demonstrate hands-on expertise on Salesforce platforms to provide innovative solutions and remain "demo-ready" at all times.
  • Continuous Improvement: Oversee the building of prototypes and MVP products, measuring successful delivery against key performance indicators.
