Summary The Renewals Manager leads the subscription renewals process for OSV, ensuring customer renewals are timely and accurate, with a high success rate. Working with Customer Success Managers, Finance, Sales and other internal stakeholders, the Renewals Manager is responsible for defining customer renewal opportunity pricing and structure. This position is responsible for driving renewals to closure, using internal systems for tracking and managing the renewal cycle. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and communication skills, a creative, analytical mind and can manage multiple renewals simultaneously. This role requires collaboration across organizations, to define and execute renewals, with a focus on quarterly results. The Renewals Manager will track details of the renewal process for analysis, planning and process improvements.
