Product Manager, Point of Sale

Requirements
- Product leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and knows how to bring clarity to ambiguity
- Experience building and shipping B2B SaaS products end-to-end
- Strong in environments where precision, compliance, and user experience all matter at once
- Deeply customer-focused and can translate messy real-world workflows into intuitive, scalable product experiences
- Communicates with clarity
- Writes strong product documentation
- Naturally aligns engineering, design, and business stakeholders around a shared vision

- Confident making tradeoffs that keep products shipping while protecting core user experiences
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product strategy and execution for our mortgage Point of Sale platform
- Lead the borrower experience from application through verification and closing
- Improve and streamline workflows for loan officers, processors, and mortgage operations teams
- Enable real estate agent experiences that support referrals and lender partnerships
- Manage API integrations with third-party mortgage service providers and partners
- Write clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation to align cross-functional teams
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success to deliver and iterate on product features
- Ensure product experiences comply with mortgage regulations and operational requirements
- Own backlog prioritization, sequencing, and feature delivery decisions
- Balance speed of execution with reliability and quality across core product workflows
- Use data, customer feedback, and market insight to inform product direction and prioritization
