About The Position

Join the #1 Beer distributor delivering beverages to your local stores and restaurants! We select, stock, and sell brands such as Modelo, Coors, Pacifico, Fireball, VMC and many more! This is a full-time position with overtime potential, offering hourly pay. The role involves overseeing the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials. You will support the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams, coordinate the placement of POS on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs, and process manual invoices. Additionally, you will monitor on-hand inventory levels, maintain the POS workstation, and contribute to career growth opportunities through paid training and tuition reimbursement. Requirements

High School Diploma/General Education Diploma
0 to 2 years of related experience

Responsibilities

Oversee the delivery, invoicing, and inventory management of Point of Sale (POS) materials, ensuring accuracy and supporting the Market Unit Sales & Merchandising teams as needed
Coordinate placement of POS or racks on outgoing trucks to minimize freight costs and enclose ‘packing slip’ alerting them to impending delivery
Receive and process manual invoices and follow up with vendors on discrepancies and outstanding invoices
Monitor on-hand inventory levels and ensure minimum levels of generic POS are maintained while producing a weekly inventory report
Maintain POS workstation
Other duties as assigned
