The Personalization team is responsible for building and evolving the systems that activate first-party data across channels, reaching hundreds of millions of fans globally. Our work spans audience modeling, segmentation, and activation—powering intelligent, real-time decisioning that improves fan experience and drives conversion across the business. As Product Manager, Personalization & Audience Platform, you will own the evolution of our composable Customer Data Platform, which powers audience creation and activation across Live Nation and Ticketmaster. Your mission is to enable marketers to deliver highly targeted, data-driven campaigns at a global scale - by improving data accessibility, expanding activation channels, and driving adoption of CDP capabilities across teams. You’ll work at the intersection of data, marketing, and product, translating complex data systems into intuitive, high-impact marketing capabilities.
