About the Team Mainstreet Customer Management is seeking a Manager level, Product Manager to lead our customer hardships and customer resiliency space. This role is an individual contributor (IC) role with no direct tech team. We are seeking a thought-leader who is excited to develop a high-level strategy for under-served and disengaged customer populations, who has a strong aptitude to use data to tell data-driven stories, quickly learns and pivots based on what the space needs, and can work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to get work done. Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience working in Product Management
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
  • Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date: A Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field) or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
