About the Team Mainstreet Customer Management is seeking a Manager level, Product Manager to lead our customer hardships and customer resiliency space. This role is an individual contributor (IC) role with no direct tech team. We are seeking a thought-leader who is excited to develop a high-level strategy for under-served and disengaged customer populations, who has a strong aptitude to use data to tell data-driven stories, quickly learns and pivots based on what the space needs, and can work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to get work done.
