About The Position

The Product Manager is responsible for driving and owning the new product development and go-to-market strategy for their respective divisions as well as managing and overseeing the performance of their existing portfolios. This person will report to the Category Manager of Delta Faucets and will have some interaction with senior leadership across Delta. You will be at the forefront of product development and innovation that can change the lives of our consumers! This position establishes the scope of the product offering in terms of price points, features and benefits within the context of the brand strategy and competitive set. They aim to ensure financial targets are met through the conception/prioritization of new product development, value engineering initiatives, and advanced development needs. This individual serves as a key role as liaison between Sales/Channel/Brand/Service Operations and NPD teams. Accountability for this position spans all channels but will be heavily focused on the Omni-Retail segment of our business.

Requirements

  • B.S. in a business or engineering-related field (MBA desirable) and 3+ years of practical marketing/product development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated project management skills
  • Highly developed communication skills
  • Solid design-sense
  • Demonstrated ability to objectively analyze data
  • Experience in building products and channels
  • Must be able to excel in a team environment
  • Well-developed understanding of sales and marketing strategies
