About The Position

The Product Manager is responsible for driving and owning the new product development and go-to-market strategy for their respective divisions as well as managing and overseeing the performance of their existing portfolios. This person will report to the Category Manager of Delta Faucets and will have some interaction with senior leadership across Delta. You will be at the forefront of product development and innovation that can change the lives of our consumers!

Requirements

• B.S. in a business or related field (MBA desirable)
• 3+ years of practical marketing/product development experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Highly developed communication skills
• Solid design-sense
• Demonstrated ability to objectively analyze data
• Experience in building products and channels
• Must be able to excel in a team environment
• Well-developed understanding of sales and marketing strategies

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse product portfolio by establishing scope of the product offerings in terms of price points, features, and benefits within the context of the brand strategy and competitive set
• Actively explore and cultivate new business opportunities
• Bring meaningful innovation to continue to differentiate from competitors
• Serve as a product expert
• Prioritize the NPD pipeline of projects to ensure launches meet both the business needs and market expectations
