You’ll lead the kitchen like a symphony conductor—ensuring every dish hits the right note and your crew stays inspired, empowered, and on point.

Requirements

2–3 years of experience in a fast-paced, full-service kitchen
Strong leadership chops—you know how to inspire and hold a team together
Deep understanding of food safety (ServSafe certified = bonus points)
Mad organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to keep your cool and your station clean when the heat is on

Nice To Haves

Culinary degree or equivalent street-smarts preferred
