About The Position

Our mission is to empower independent supply stores with best-in-class technology. Think of your local hardware store or mom-and-pop nursery—these are our clients. From paint to lumber to flooring, over 200,000 such stores across the country sell over $1T of building materials annually using outdated, on-premises systems. Requirements

• Communicative: You can synthesize messy field research into something clear and defensible.
• Resilient: You're comfortable with rejection — a lot of prospects will say no.
• Curious: You're genuinely interested in overlooked, traditional industries.
• Collaborative: You work well across functions, especially with engineering and product.

Responsibilities

• Help define and size the ICP for a new vertical (lumber, flooring, plumbing, auto, and more).
• Talk to store owners and operators directly — in person where possible — to understand what actually matters to them.
• Translate messy field research into a clear, sequenced set of feature ideas, working directly with our engineering team.
• Help identify the channels, partners, and events that matter for reaching a new industry.
• Support cold outreach to prospective pilot customers in your assigned vertical.
• Work closely with our CEO, engineering, and GTM teams to keep research grounded in what's buildable and sellable.
