About The Position

This position is located in Oklahoma City, OK. The annual salary is $95,000.00 plus full state employee benefits. The role requires knowledge of product or market, including specific technical or industry knowledge, project management, and interpersonal skills. The ability to direct and coordinate the work of others, establish and maintain effective working relationships with state employees and officials, and cultivate a supportive and inclusive work environment is essential. Superior communication skills, both oral and written, are necessary to present to diverse audiences, including racial, ethnic, socioeconomic, and disabled individuals. The ability to consider the impacts of work and the perspectives of multiple communities in technical analysis and decision-making outcomes is also required.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree and four (4) years of experience in Management Information System (MIS), Computer Science, Public Health, Social Work, or a related field OR an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

  • Define product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals, customer needs, business priorities, and technology strategy.
  • Develop and maintain the product roadmap, establishing clear priorities, sequencing initiatives, and communicating the product direction to stakeholders and delivery teams.
  • Identify staffing needs and manage employees within the team.
  • Lead product discovery and complete business requirements documentation by working with business analysts, technical teams, and business partners.
  • Build and foster relations with division partners.
  • Identify, assess, and proactively manage risks and issues affecting projects within the division to ensure successful delivery and minimize operational impacts.
  • Manage the architecture, architecture alignment, and non-project enhancements.
