About The Position
Build agentic conversational AI experiences that help sellers and customers find, understand, and act on the right information in the flow of work. Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, and Enablement to turn semantic data and enterprise knowledge into trusted guidance, recommendations, and next-best actions.
Requirements
- Requires Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience.
- Experienced with data analytics (SQL or equivalent), A/B testing, UX tools (figma), AI tools and prototyping (claude, chatgpt, cursor, etc.)
- Experienced with front end user experience (web, mobile, apps)
- Data driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities
- Oversee strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories.
- Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity on what work is most important.
- Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
- Work closely with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog.
- Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
- Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups.
