About The Position

As a Product Manager III on the Staffing Solutions team, you'll own the strategy and roadmap for marketplace matching, offering, and fulfillment: how workers get matched to shifts, how offers go out, and how we fill demand. You'll partner with product, engineering, data science, design, operations, partnerships, revenue, and strategy. You'll use data and user testing to decide what to build, and make our marketplace stack more capable, reliable, and easier to configure.

Requirements

Requires Bachelor's degree and at least 12 years relevant experience, 14 years of relevant experience, or equivalent in education and experience.
3+ years owning matching, liquidity, or fulfillment on a two-sided marketplace, or building a SaaS platform that does that work (data model, APIs, and adoption). A single-sided SaaS backlog does not meet this requirement.
Technical fluency in ML/AI systems and infrastructure.
Experienced with data analytics (SQL or equivalent), A/B testing, UX tools (figma), AI tools and prototyping (claude, chatgpt, cursor, etc.)
Experienced with front end user experience (web, mobile, apps)
Data driven mindset
Excellent communication skills

Responsibilities

Oversee strategy and roadmap for one or more product areas, including intake, backlog, business case, and user stories.
Prioritize initiatives and maintain clarity on what work is most important.
Collaborate across teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
Work closely with capability owners and development teams to maintain a healthy backlog.
Use data to guide decisions and measure impact.
Summarize and present complex information, issues, processes, and options clearly to leadership, team members, and other groups.
