About The Position

As a Product Manager II, you will help shape the strategy, vision, roadmap, and feature definition for products that deliver meaningful value to Safety National and our stakeholders. You’ll serve as a bridge between business and technology, partnering with Product Owners, engineering teams, business owners, and other stakeholders to translate customer needs and business objectives into clear product priorities and solutions. You’ll develop and communicate product vision and strategy, maintain product roadmaps, evaluate opportunities, prioritize features, and help teams focus on delivering the greatest value. In this role, you’ll take ownership throughout the product lifecycle, from ideation and planning through delivery and continuous improvement. You’ll work collaboratively to prepare features for PI Planning, manage priorities and dependencies, monitor product performance, and use customer feedback and data to guide future enhancements. You’ll build strong relationships across teams, create effective feedback loops, identify and proactively manage risks, and communicate product progress and strategy at the appropriate level for audiences ranging from delivery teams to senior stakeholders. Your customer-focused mindset will be critical as you seek feedback, develop personas and visualizations, evaluate product performance, and use insights to improve outcomes. You’ll also define KPIs and product objectives, analyze trends, identify opportunities for process improvement, and partner with infrastructure, compliance, data strategy, and Information Security stakeholders to address non-functional requirements such as security, performance, and compliance. If you enjoy combining strategic thinking, collaboration, technology, and customer insight to turn ideas into valuable products, this role offers an opportunity to make an impact across the organization.
