About The Position

Box’s Workflows team builds capabilities for moving content through organizations, including routing, approvals, forms, document generation, e-signature, and AI-powered automation. The Product Manager II will own enterprise workflows—cross-department processes governed and run by IT at scale—and line-of-business workflows built for teams such as finance, legal, HR, and procurement. The role aims to make Box a platform where content-centric work is automated, adopted, and evangelized. The position is responsible for setting a multi-year vision and roadmap for enterprise and line-of-business workflows, determining which capabilities should be platform features versus packaged solutions, and defining success metrics. It also involves identifying valuable workflow use cases by business function and industry, delivering templates and related capabilities, designing AI-native workflow experiences, and shaping integrations with ecosystem partners. The Product Manager works closely with customers, sales engineers, partners, product marketing, sales, and customer success on requirements, positioning, packaging, pricing, launches, and enablement. Box describes itself as an AI-first company and expects employees to use AI to support faster, smarter decisions. The role is based in an assigned office at least three days per week. The position is eligible for equity and benefits. The Redwood City base salary range is $151,000–$188,500 USD; actual compensation depends on factors including knowledge, skill level, experience, and work location.
