About The Position

Microsoft is seeking a Product Manager II to help build the tool governance experience in Agent 365. As organizations connect AI agents to MCP servers, plugins, skills, connectors, and custom integrations, Agent 365 helps customers inventory and register tools, discover unsanctioned tools, and apply consistent policies and controls. The role owns end-to-end delivery of key tool governance features, partnering with senior product leaders, engineering, design, customers, and partners to make agent tooling safe and manageable for enterprises. The Product Manager will define and deliver feature areas such as tool registration and onboarding, contribute customer insights and analysis to roadmap decisions, and translate governance and compliance needs into product requirements. The role also supports discovery and observability of unsanctioned tools, defines and tracks feature success metrics, and works with security and compliance stakeholders on requirements for regulated and sovereign customers. Microsoft describes this as an opportunity to develop a product career in AI, learn from customers, ship frequently, and help enterprises adopt agents with confidence.
