About The Position

As a Product Manager on Indeed’s CIAM team, you will shape how job seekers and employers access Indeed, making the experience seamless and secure. You will own end-to-end product development in the CIAM domain, building, maintaining, and evolving the authentication and authorization substrate that powers Indeed, including its growing suite of AI agents. Working with engineering, UX, and cross-functional partners, you will balance reducing friction with strengthening account security while developing an industry-standard, scalable platform.

Requirements

At least 7 years of related experience; or at least 5 years with a bachelor’s degree; or 3 years with a master’s degree; or a PhD with no experience required.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
Experience working closely with engineers to define, plan, and build products and features.
A data-driven mindset.
Deep curiosity and accountability for the data and insights of the products.

Responsibilities

Partner with engineering teams and other stakeholders to prioritize and manage roadmaps, delivering toward the product vision incrementally and efficiently.
Communicate the roadmap and product plan and gain alignment from leadership, collaborators, and stakeholders.
Represent customers internally and advocate for their needs, opportunities, and product requirements.
Identify and monitor product goals and success metrics.
Iterate quickly to launch new features and use data-driven judgments to test their efficacy.
Provide clear written and verbal updates to leadership and collaborators about the roadmap and progress toward goals.
