Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine The Product Manager will work with the Product Director to help execute professional education strategies for RYBREVANT® to ensure optimal customer engagement. In this role, you will be responsible for congress strategy and execution, developing content to lead peer-to-peer engagements and advisory boards. The product manager will work closely with internal partners, field sales, and outside vendors to effectively execute key commercial activities for Lung.

Requirements

  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or advanced degree in related field is helpful.
  • A minimum of 5 years of work experience, with 2 years in marketing, sales, sales learning and development, healthcare professional, sales leadership and/or commercial insight strategy experience and/or experience in a qualified leadership development program
  • Experience with project management
  • Healthcare experience or pharmaceutical industry knowledge
  • Ability to travel up to 25% which may include overnights and weekend travel.

  • Experience in field sales preferred

Responsibilities

  • Execute a professional education strategy — translating clinical differentiation into compelling HCP engagement programs that support brand objectives.
  • Manage and continuously optimize a portfolio of medical education tactics — including speaker bureau content, conference programming, and evolving peer-to-peer initiatives — using insights and metrics to evolve approaches and maximize reach and impact.
  • Serve as the day-to-day strategic lead for medical education agency partners, while collaborating closely with commercial, medical and field teams — obtaining actionable insights, aligning stakeholders and delivering programs that are compliant, on-brand, and on budget.
