About The Position

LangChain is seeking a Product Manager to own key aspects of LangSmith Fleet, a product designed to bring AI agents to every team within an organization. LangSmith serves as the observability, evaluation, and deployment platform that enables the reliable shipping of AI systems. Fleet allows users to build, utilize, and manage agents using natural language, while providing organizations with the necessary security, observability, model flexibility, administrative controls, and API extensibility for responsible agent deployment across the business. This role operates at the intersection of developer platforms, enterprise SaaS, and end-user productivity.

Requirements

3+ years of product management or engineering experience.
Hands-on experience building with LLMs, agents, or AI applications.
Deeply technical: capable of discussing API design, system architecture, data pipelines, and debugging production issues.
Bias toward action: preference for shipping, learning, and iterating over building a perfect upfront solution.
Strong written and verbal communication skills to align cross-functional teams around a shared vision.

Nice To Haves

Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent technical background.
Previous experience at a high-growth startup or a developer-focused company.

Responsibilities

Partner with engineers to build intuitive features that solve complex technical problems.
Own the roadmap for a core area of the Fleet product.
Engage with customers to understand their challenges and define new product features.
Collaborate with engineering to define scope, make technical trade-offs, and rapidly ship high-impact features.
Contribute to shaping product strategy alongside founders and the leadership team.
