About The Position

Linde Gas & Equipment Inc. is seeking a Product Manager - Electronics to lead commercial engagement with key OEMs, identify growth opportunities for existing and new product lines, and drive commercialization with technology, engineering, and supply chain teams. This role is crucial for driving the ESG growth strategy by analyzing customer roadmaps, needs, technical alternatives, demand drivers, market capacity, share, and competitor pricing. The Product Manager will bridge sales, engineering, purchasing, and operations to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment. Responsibilities include developing tactical product line roadmaps, executing new product features, defining technical packages, assisting in pricing strategy development and implementation, supporting sales with customer requests, and leading cost reviews and margin analysis. The role also involves developing business cases for fleet additions and capacity upgrades, coordinating product specification alignment, managing source changes, overseeing business continuity planning, supply chain performance, vendor management, production capacity, logistics alignment, and quality assurance. Additionally, the Product Manager will identify and present merger and acquisition opportunities to senior management and manage the ESG product line budget.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in business or technical field
  • At least 10 years of commercial success in electronics products and new product development
  • Deep understanding of ESG product portfolio and supply chains
  • Strong commercial negotiation skills
  • Working knowledge of SAP, Excel, and related management systems
  • Proven ability to operate independently in complex business environments, managing multiple priorities with effective follow-through
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, bridging sales, engineering, operations, and purchasing
  • Skilled in developing and executing pricing strategies, cost analysis, and margin optimization
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities at all organizational levels
